Located right off of Ziegler Park in Over the Rhine, you're a quick walk to restaurants, bars, and cafes. You're steps from Ziegler Park and less than a block to your neighborhood cafe, ice cream shop, and several restaurants. It's a 5-minute walk to Main Street OTR and just a few more minutes beyond that to Vine Street OTR. Pendleton / Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in downtown, offering a safe and clean environment while being a short walk to everything Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here, including Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium, which are a mile away. Public transit, Lime and Bird scooters, and Redbike stations are also readily available.
Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. If an unauthorized party is thrown, charges may be pressed for criminal trespass, and guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and flames are not allowed in this property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in reservation termination without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe the guest has done or intends to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee or actual cost to clean. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. Security, fire department, or police fees arising from guest behavior will be billed to the guest, with a minimum security fee of $150.
