You're also only a 5 minute walk to Main Street OTR and just a few more minutes beyond that to Vine Street OTR. Pendleton and Ziegler Park is arguably the best neighborhood in all of downtown. It's safe and clean but only a short walk to everything that Over the Rhine and downtown have to offer. You can walk pretty much anywhere from here. You're right on Ziegler Park, a five minute walk to Main Street, and less than a ten minute walk to Vine Street. You'll find yourself a mile from Great American Ballpark and Paul Brown Stadium.
