Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent and may be considered criminal trespassing, potentially leading to prosecution. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior will also result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest will harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property. If there is any reason to believe that a party is intended, entry will be denied. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for cleanup of human biomaterial. Pets are not allowed unless expressly disclosed in reservation details and will result in termination without refund if discovered. A $300 cleaning fee applies for excessive pet hair. Stains on carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or the cost to replace. A $300 cleaning fee applies for smoking indoors. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
