Digby is a dead end street just two block from Clifton Avenue and the main doorfront of campus. Our apartments are very popular with DAAP and business college students because of their proximity to campus. The area is a nice residential area which is the safest and cleanest side of campus. We provide good maintenance services for our tenants and have an excellent reputation for being good landlords for over 30 years. We also live on the same street which allows us to manage the properties more easily.
