There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
