This spacious studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter. NOTE: Pool temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. You will also have direct access to the Monon Trail. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. No smoking or parties are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
