This studio apartment features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy a washer and dryer in the unit, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. While designs are based on the photos, each unit has individualized elements of design and custom decorative features. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool (seasonal, open summer through Labor Day, closed in winter, and temporarily unavailable), a sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A $75/hr late fee will be charged. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
