Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Two towels are provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. It is important to note that a pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents may result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
