Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-7am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and may be required to undergo a background check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. There is a $75/hr late fee for late check-out.
