No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and may be required to undergo a background check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. There is a $75/hr late fee for late check-out.
