Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property, and violations will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in reservation termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is a belief that the guest's actions could harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe a party is intended, entry will be denied. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected via credit/debit card.
