Several event centers are within walking distance, along with a short 5-7 minute drive to Cincinnati's entertainment district, Over-The-Rhine. Eden Park and the Cincinnati Art Museum are nearby. Downtown is a short 5-minute Uber or car ride away, and the hip Over the Rhine district is easily accessible for dinner and drinks. Getting around the neighborhood is easy, as you're within walking distance to everything within Mt. Adams. If you are looking to head downtown, a quick Uber is recommended, as it's just a 5-minute drive to most major attractions in the city.
Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing and charges may be pressed. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm-8 am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair will incur a $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair. Stains on the carpets or linens will incur an $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 cleaning fee. There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security, fire department, or police fees or other costs arise out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150. Dishonest or abusive behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund. We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property.
