They don't do any maintenance on time. They will leave you to deal with it on your own bc they sit on it so long. The owner will speak to you like you are garbage, he is disrespectful and voices his opinions when they were never asked for such as when I changed my phone number twice for personal reasons he proceeded to tell me that i needed to keep one number because he had only ever changed his number one time in his life and it was ridiculous that I had done so twice in a year. When my 3 month... old niece died on his property may I add in my sisters unit he was nothing but rude to them and completely insensitive to the situation. The property is litterally always trashed, there is garbage everywhere. My apartment flooded twice and over $200 worth of damage was caused and they offered me a measly $80. My stuff was stolen out of my storage until 3 times due to the fact that the doors are dry rotted and you can litterally just rio the locks off the doors. There is so much more but ill leave it at this, if you value your dignity and your property, do not rent here.
