Bellevue House

I stayed at the Bellevue House Apartments for six month lease while working with the Cincinnati Reds and it was a great experience. The location was super convenient. Just an easy commute to the ballpark which made my internship so much smoother. The management team was really helpful and understanding about my short term lease. They made the whole process stress-free. My building was quiet and maintained well. Thank you.

I lived there for 2 years. The place was clean quiet and manager was super nice. It was only a 2 block walk to class.

Quiet Apartment!!

I’ve lived at Bellevue House Apartments for the past three years while attending the University of Cincinnati, and I’ve had such a great experience. The location is super convenient to campus and restaurants, the building is always clean and quiet, and I’ve always felt very safe here. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. It truly felt like home during my time at UC, and I’d definitely recommend Bellevue House to any student looking for a comfortable and reliable… place to live! Thank you for the great memories!

Highly recommend not living here.

The living conditions are sub-par and miserable. The apartments are infested with roaches, bed-bugs and rats. The management doesn’t care about maintaining the property. The agreement states no smoking indoors, but the lobbies stinks of cigarettes.
Beyond facing all these, they never give the deposit back and charge you extra even after handing over the property in pristine conditions. None of the procedure is followed by the management and nothing is communicated to the tenants. Highly… recommend not live here.
Our cars have been vandalised many times, yet no action was taken by the management.
Not safe to live here. If I had an opportunity, I would rate less than one.

Not a great experience living here

The apartment is infested with bugs, we even fell sick thanks to that. They do not return deposit despite giving them back the apartment in the neatest state.
