Quiet Apartment!!

I’ve lived at Bellevue House Apartments for the past three years while attending the University of Cincinnati, and I’ve had such a great experience. The location is super convenient to campus and restaurants, the building is always clean and quiet, and I’ve always felt very safe here. The management team is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. It truly felt like home during my time at UC, and I’d definitely recommend Bellevue House to any student looking for a comfortable and reliable... place to live! Thank you for the great memories!

Highly recommend not living here.

The living conditions are sub-par and miserable. The apartments are infested with roaches, bed-bugs and rats. The management doesn’t care about maintaining the property. The agreement states no smoking indoors, but the lobbies stinks of cigarettes.
Beyond facing all these, they never give the deposit back and charge you extra even after handing over the property in pristine conditions. None of the procedure is followed by the management and nothing is communicated to the tenants. Highly... recommend not live here.
Our cars have been vandalised many times, yet no action was taken by the management.
Not safe to live here. If I had an opportunity, I would rate less than one.

Not a great experience living here

The apartment is infested with bugs, we even fell sick thanks to that. They do not return deposit despite giving them back the apartment in the neatest state.

Run!! Don't do it!!

Moved in first day found roaches, termite damage, no hot water, water didn't even flow to the shower head. I was told I would not be getting my deposit back. You've been warned!

not worth it

Management was pretty good. They were quick to put in any maintenance issues I had & solved then quickly. However, it is not worth the money AT ALL. The kitchen is extremely small, i.e. 0 counter space once you buy a microwave, stove & oven looks like a play set for kids. No central AC so apartment can be very stuff. Loose outlets & there is a bug problem here. I make sure to keep my apartment clean & not crowded but I still end up seeing bugs (dead & alive) like millipedes, centipedes, roaches,... & spiders. 2/10, would not recommend. I was desperate trying to find a place the moment I signed the lease which is why I stayed.
