Do not move here the management doesn’t fix things most of buildings have one working washer and dryer instead of three working washers and dryers. They do not update the apartments but want to raise the rent. Management doesn’t respond half the time when you have issues.In summer there are mouse problems.The old landlord was better.He always fixed stuff when an issue was brought up.Building door always breaks.Laundry rooms are disgusting.They only fix things once u move out.Ac always breaks… .Roof leaks.Bathroom leaks.Dishwasher always breaks.Good luck with getting garbage disposal to work. But here, a very long time. I’ve got things wrong with this apartment and I’ve called maintenance are the managers every apartment has yellow on ceilings because of water leaks foundations cracked so much cold air comes in from the windows and sliding glass doors, and since the owner has died they having evicted or telling people leave. The laundry rooms are always dirty sure of the outside steps nothings ever clean. I clean the hallway out front of the four apartments where I live and the… entranceway I sweep because they don’t look under the stairs. It’s so gross it makes is sick and I clean under the stairs . i’ve lived here for almost 6 years now , and honestly moving here has been the biggest regret of my life . they don’t care about your problems with your apartment. they have bed bugs , our air conditioning had been broken for 3 summers now and they won’t come and fix it or say they will and never show up . it’s cheap rent for a reason . don’t move here ever .

Looks are deceiving... Biggest mistake of my renting experience!!!! Save yourself the regret, I wish I had.
