Been here 13 years love it here owners are wonderful they have a playground for my daughter it's clean it's a nice place to live

It's a nice place and I like having a balcony and dining room.

I moved to Cincinnati in 2024. When I was hunting beforehand, this was the first complex that popped up when I got on this site . I took a chance and applied and got approved within 24 hours . I came down for a tour a month later and I knew this is where I wanted to move to . The units are very spacious and big enough for two people on my opinion for a one bedroom which is what I have . Recently , I needed more time to pay the rest of my rent for a family matter in Illinois where I’m originally... from and they granted me more time with one late fee which was extremely reasonable . Another thing I appreciate is that they don’t ask for the deposit at first, they have an option to pay for it on top of your monthly rent and even with doing that , my rent is still underneath a grand so it’s very affordable . The staff is friendly and very prompt if there’s ever any issues concerning your unit or the complex itself . I always find it odd that people who are local have no idea where I live , even some of the local Lyft and Uber drivers didn’t even know that this complex existed, that’s how secluded it is , in my eyes . It’s very dirty there there’s no fitness center kids out all night police there every night this is a bad place and for what they want for rent not worth it

This is my first ever apartment and the process was very easy and quick they have on site laundry and playground so there’s a lot of community here I love the updated flooring and kitchen as well it’s also located in northside so there’s a lot to do in the area it’s tucked away so you don’t get all that street hustle and bustle overall a really good apartment for your first home
