RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

BED BUGS !!!! Do not be fooled by the company and photos here. They cost us so much money and trauma. Not only did they contaminate all of our stuff with bed bugs day one of moving in, but they had the audacity to suggest that it was US WHO BROUGHT THEM. The office will either cry crocodile tears when confronted or give you the corporate lip service. Never slept more than one day in the apartment, yet they took thousands of our dollars deposit/first month rent. We threw away 1/3 of our stuff... including our bed and couch. Seriously would picket this place everyday if I didn’t otherwise have a life. They scarred us, both figuratively and literally (bed bugs left scars lasting about a year on my face and body). Run!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE

Renting here was the worst decision I’ve made. Constant sewer, bug, billing, and littering issues. Only way to hear from property manager is to file escrow

DON’T DO IT!

Worse complex I’ve ever moved to in my life!!!! Very inconsistent! Nasty! Never a consistent bill not even close!!!! Maintenance is horrible!!! Plumbing is horrible!!! Office team don’t care, because they don’t live here!!!! I can’t wait to be away from this place!!! If you like consistent flooding, mold, bugs, no closets, consistent electrical problems then this is the place for you!

Leasing is Hard to get in contact with .

I have been trying to reach someone from leasing for weeks and they do not reach out back to you . I don't know if that's a sign that I shouldn't waste my time I don't know but gosh .

Consider Living Under a Bridge Instead

Lived here for a year. If you like cockroaches, incompetent property managers, and your car getting broken into then this is the place for you. Otherwise stay far away.
