Don’t do it
It has been a bug problem for months now and they are not fighting the problem fast enough. Walls are so thin I can hear everything from my neighbors having a small conversation, to kids playing with talking toys, to people taking showers. You can hear people walking upstairs like they are in your own house. The bug problem has been so bad that you can see them in the hallways and they are not treating it well for all these people paying pest control. It’s a real spacious place but it’s not... worth everything they got going on.

Bugs
Has cockroaches throughout the buildings. You'll see them from under your sinks, any gaps you find in the walls and by electric sockets. Also seen cockroaches coming from air vents in the ceiling. They use pest control to try to keep it at bay and you cannot refuse their spray treatment. Pest control sprays inside your cabinets and along the corners of your walls.

Great apartments.
Love this place. Great location and nice apartments. Lots of nature around so it’s perfect to sit on the balcony and read or have coffee in the mornings. I think the issues in the past were from past tenants and past owners. They have been making lots of updates since buying the building and we love the renovations they’ve made.

INFESTED WITH RATS AND ROACHES
Don't waste your time, as a physician I Urge you to look after your health and do not stay at this property. It's a total rip off! you'll end up ruining your credit.
