Can't recommend it any less

Lived here for nearly 6 months. Really couldn't recommend this place any less. Firstly your property is not safe. They have had several strings of break ins, and refuse to do anything about it. As many as a dozen in 1 night. You pay for premium living, but you'll get paper thin walls. The glued in vinyl flooring will come up immediately. I had several cracks in my ceiling and walls when moving in. The apartments come with no lights (in bedrooms and living rooms), so had to spend money out of... pocket to add lighting. The garbage overflow outside is downright disgusting. Wish I could give it a 0, but unfortunately that isn't an option.

Not Luxury Living-- high utility bills and high rent

This place is far from Luxury living. Fire alarms continuously go off for no apparent reason even at 2 am. Pool has been broken 3 x this summer and is still down. Management is dismissive. You pay for all these amenities but none work. This is not Luxury living do not go by pictures. Break INS are happening to cars and management does nothing to ensure residential safety.

Run Far Away

This may look like a luxury apartment but it’s FAR from it. Since moving I have had multiple issues such as fire alarms constantly going off. Always false without cause. High electricity bills that every resident is experiencing. Gym equipment breaking and lights constantly going off in there. There are so many other nicer places for a better price. I will not be renewing my lease and I know of many who aren’t either.
