Run, Do Not Walk Away From Here
First the positives: The physical property itself is good and maintenance is quick to repair issues. However, some issues with the complex are so large that I cannot morally suggest anybody live here.
If you sign a lease here, they will find any and all reasons that you may have (even slightly) violated it. They will immediately hammer you with exorbitant fees or even an eviction notice for even the tiniest of violations. I have confirmed this with numerous other people an they have all been... slapped with the same penalties. If you want to lose all of your money, come live here.
When they make changes to their policies, the manager, Tiffany leaves things vague in her communication, resulting in many people receiving fines for something they did not know changed. The specific instance to which I am referring is a change in where to upload proof of renters' insurance, which resulted in almost half of the community receiving a fine for not providing it. However, this is far from the only instance of this.
In short, do not waste your money, time, or what little life we have on this earth at this property. You don't deserve this. It has also come to my attention that the property manager, Tiffany has left the company but do not let this fool you. The parent company does not seem like a place where they will let any profit slip by their greedy little pockets.
Sincerely,
Disgruntled Consumer
