I had a wonderful experience living at Tower Valley Flats. The property was always well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, the team responded promptly and made sure everything was taken care of professionally. The grounds and common areas were consistently kept clean, which made the community feel welcoming and enjoyable to live in. One thing I especially appreciated was that I never experienced any issues with bugs or pests during my time here, which… speaks highly of the property's upkeep and management.
The management office was always easy to reach and communicate with. The staff was professional, friendly, and willing to help whenever I had questions or concerns. They made the rental process simple and stress-free from start to finish. The rent was fair for the quality of the apartment and the level of service provided. Overall, Tower Valley Flats provided a peaceful, comfortable living experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.

I love it here

I have been a resident since DMG Rentals took over. They upgraded all the apartment s and still kept them at an affordable price. I've been through several Mangers and haven't really had an issue with any of them. Nowhere is perfect and yes there have been some bumps but I always see them on the property working. The snow is no fun with the hill but they are good about getting trucks out here to plow. Im in no hurry to move. I'm happy!

doesn’t even answer the phone

I tried contacting them for over a year, I was extremely interested initially. After several months of never being contacted back, I gave up.
I dare for them to respond with a correct number or email, as much as I tried, they are on bs.

If you decide to live here

Be aware around winter you will NOT be able to park due to snow and apartments are on a hill so be prepared to park at the bottom and walk. Your rent will go up after a year. You have to keep sending reminders for maintenance repairs. And be prepared to NOT get answer phone call from the office you have to show up in person. Multiple break ins in vehicles and no cameras they want you to call 911 instead. So be prepared good luck

We would like to take this opportunity to touch on some of your points in hopes to clear up any confusion or miscommunication. When bad weather occurs, we… notify residents via email to move their cars so we may plow and salt the roads. If a car does not comply with this request, we tow the car so we can efficiently treat the roads. Unfortunately, vehicle break-ins have been happening throughout the area, and we have spoken with the police several times about taking action. If you see something, or if you would like to report a break in, please notify the police as soon as possible. We pride ourselves in getting work orders completed in a timely manner and the only time we have delays in this process is when waiting on ordered parts to arrive. We also pride ourselves on open and prompt communication with our residents. Our team receives several calls each day and we work hard to get back in a timely matter by call or email. If you haven't heard back from us, have an incomplete work order, or if you would like to further discuss any of the points made within this review, please reach out to us directly and we would be happy to speak with you.
