If I could go back I would. Been living here for 3 months I believe … the first month I seen roaches .. thought everything was good until my 3rd month I seen a mice and I believe my dude seen a Rat. -0/10 don’t recommend

Loud neighbors you name it .. I'm currently home and it's a party in the parking lot almost every night.

Don’t move here they lure you in by treating you all good then treat you so badly when you want things fixed or have complaints everything is so cheap. The floor is roll out and it ripped so easy. Infested with roaches and rats

When I first moved in I had a neighbor say it was roach city-well sir, I'm not sure what you are doing but I've only ever seen bumble bees, a couple stink bugs and ONE spider.
The area can seem a little sketchy and unsafe, but the view of the wooded area from the balcony is really pretty in the spring, summer and early fall. Management is nice and will work with you. Maintenance needs upgraded, they seem extremely short staffed and don't always follow through, otherwise are timely and they have... a 24 hour emergency maintenance line.
Also, if you look into this place, be aware that when your door is unlocked, it can be pushed open, as well as if unlocked and the balcony is open on a windy day the door will blow open. I just keep my door locked at all times.
