This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights, and it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured, the trusted partner does a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and takes all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the rare event that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, please alert the partner right away and they will take care of the problem. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! No more than 4 cars are allowed at this house. Absolutely no smoking is allowed. All trash must be disposed of, both inside and outside the house including any litter. No parties are allowed. Guests are expected to keep the house in good condition during their stay. All pets must be approved before booking, and all pet droppings must be picked up on a regular basis. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in one day, snow removal is not provided. Snow shovels are provided to use in case of snow during your stay. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall.
