The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife like deer and squirrels. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, please alert us immediately. No smoking or parties are allowed, and all pets must be approved before booking. Snow removal is not provided unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is provided during spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
