The grand living room is amazing, with floor-to-ceiling leaded glass windows overlooking the front yard to let in natural sunlight. Step inside the connected library with built-in bookshelves where you can sip your cup of coffee and catch up on some reading. There is a large formal dining room that opens to a gorgeous enclosed solarium with access to a stone patio featuring waterfall ponds and a large backyard, the perfect setting for an outdoor party. The first floor features a Faralli-designed kitchen with granite countertops, Viking appliances, and plenty of space for a professional chef. There is a breakfast nook and half bathroom located near the kitchen. The laundry room is located in the basement.
