Unit 1 includes 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, and Unit 2 has a bedroom and half bath on the first floor and a bedroom and full bath on the second.
This house has spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Keep in mind that the house is over 100 years old and, despite many updates, shows its age in various ways. Laundry is located in the basement, which is open to both units in the duplex. Sound machines are available in each bedroom. If you’re a light sleeper, please plan ahead and bring eye masks and/or ear plugs.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street.
