Ample street parking is available. The second bedroom is a walk-through from the master bedroom into the second bedroom. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking outside is permitted, but if smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but just send the receipt for reimbursement. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests.
