The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights = $20 per pet per night, 8-29 nights = $200 flat rate, 30 nights or more = $300 flat rate. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $35 for up to two hours with 24 hours' notice.

You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit that measure noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee.
