Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for stays of 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for stays of 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.

Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security.
