The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a king-size bed, office desk and chair, and reading lamps.
Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, with an additional cleaning fee of $20 per pet per night for 1-7 nights, $200 flat rate for 8-29 nights, or $300 flat rate for 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
