I truly loved my one year living here. The apartment was bright and spacious and the parking was convenient and safe. Landlords were easily reachable- I only ever needed to reach out to them once with a repair request which they responded to immediately. Definitely would have kept living here if I didn’t have to move for my new job out of state!

I lived here for two years and truly loved the space. Management was responsive and kind and always was on top of any issues that arise (there weren’t many!) Sad to be leaving but am moving out of the state.

As another reviewer stated, the apartment is fine, but the management is horrible. The landlord is rude, condescending, unclear in email communications, etc. Any time I emailed about an issue in the apartment I received a reply rude in nature as if I shouldn't have even reached out. Once while I lived here there was no heat in the dead of winter and it was resolved days later with no decrease in rent. After I moved out I heard that it happened yet again. There is only one washer/dryer for all... the units to share and the dryer rarely dried things completely. There is only two dumpsters to be shared between two buildings and any time they were full we received emails about not filling them, instead of getting more dumpsters. Read More

This apartment itself is nice, and the pictures look great, but the management is dismal at best. Landlord is rude to residents, especially with respect to maintenance.
