This is unit #2 of a triple-unit building. While the unit itself is completely private, there are shared exterior walls. Absolutely no parties are allowed, and if an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund. Any cleanup related to a party or gathering, no matter the size, will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning.
