Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, but smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. The driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. Hot tub rules include a cleanliness fine of $250 if not followed. Use beach towels only, no bath towels, and keep noise levels down. No food or drinks in the hot tub, and no glass around it. Turn off jets after use. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal.
