    Beware: Mice

    As you might suspect from the price, the building has problems with mice, water bugs, bedbugs, and the walls and laminate flooring are peeling from the humidity. The mice problem is the worst of them all, though. Management definitely knows about it and isn't doing anything about it. I made a new friend who said his sister lived there 3-4yrs ago and the property manager would delete the work orders about the mice so she didn't have to deal with them. I've had basically the same experience living… there for over a year
