Dirty common areas in my bldg; no attention to cleaning much. I think AZ makes the same person who has to prep and clean the un-rented apts also clean the common areas and with constant apt turnover, there apparently never seems to be time to do much cleaning in common areas. It seems to me that onsite mgmt is pushed into only being concerned with keeping apts rented, not condition of the bldg. The onsite maintenance guys do their best, but it seems like they aren't given much to work with..… .Shame, it's a neat vintage bldg but not in good shape. Read More

Warning: Not worth the aggravation of putting up with the way management is forced by the owners to do all they can to screw tenants out of security deposits. I heard this directly from past 3 managers.

I live here currently. The apartments are nice with beautiful wood floors in a great location. However, the owner does not allow management to have any security cameras anywhere. I've had multiple packages stolen from the mailbox as well as strange experiences with rude people living in the building. I would feel much safer with cameras in the building. The elevator is old and dangerous. I got trapped recently in the elevator and had to call the fire department to come get me out. I will be… moving out soon as soon as my lease is up! Great Location right next to Edgewater Park, high ceilings and ceiling fans. Great Management, not a lot of noise. I've never had any problems
