Not Accomodating

The Management requires you to pickup the application form from their office to start the application process. Super inconvenient for people who are new to the city.

Tenants are very nasty. Property very poorly rel

The company doesn't care about tenants concerns you can complain to the leasing office and nothing is done to resolve issues drugs and outsiders can do what ever they want the company allows people to smoke cigarettes and weed in the hallways and building's without repercussions or even to get the problems taken care of they have a camera system that doesn't work and everyone knows it so they do what ever they please I'm in the process of moving because of the filthy stuff inside of my building… and the grounds are horrible and the bedbugs are running the place to the point where they have some Apartments being treated everyday. I would not recommend this place for anyone who wants to live in a nice clean environment where people care how they live

**WARNING **

My boyfriend has lived at Rockport Apartments for three years. 8 months ago a new tenant moved into the apartment above him. The new resident has a young child that runs, stomps, bounces balls and rides a big wheel all hours of the day and night. He has spoken with the tenant personally 4 or 5 times. Called security and contacted the leasing office more than twenty different times.He has even called the police several times when the noise continued after midnite. Management has failed to take… any steps to resolve the problem. My boyfriend has coranary heart disease and severe migraines. He has been back and forth to the hospital several times and is unable to get any rest or sleep because of the constant noise. The management has made little if any effort to resolve this issue. He has asked to be moved into another apartment within the complex or to be let out of his lease, both request were denied. Right now he is simply stuck with no way out and no help from management.

Prospective tenant

The leasing office specifically Tamika is unprofessional, dishonest and incompetent. I would never recommend anyone trust anything she says. She should not be allowed to help anyone obtain housing. Zero stars for her. Apartments are very nice but who wants to be mistreated and put their trust into a person in charge who cannot be trusted.
