Loud and uninhabitable

Live music venue below the apartment and shakes the apartments. Beware when looking.

Avoid

A shockingly deceitful and utterly toxic landlord. He explicitly assured us there was no live music nearby, while deliberately hiding the fact that a loud bar sits directly under the flats. To make matters worse, he actually leases out the venue for these parties himself. When confronted, his response was purely cynical: he flatly refused to do anything because he makes $500 a night from it, blithely telling tenants they just have to live with it. Three nights a week, the floor literally shakes… under your feet while shady characters linger under your windows until late hours.
The building itself is a makeshift patch-up—outdated appliances and built with paper-thin floorboards that loudly creak and bend under every single step from upstairs.
The landlord is malicious, deeply unprofessional, and one of the most insufferably self-absorbed individuals I have encountered in years. A complete nightmare of a host. Avoid this absolute trap at all costs. He from promised L* but all promises broken ( at least his greed checks out).
