Great location and apartment!
Great location. I work downtown and this is the perfect, quiet area. It is close enough to Cleveland to make my commute easy. The apartment itself is newly remodeled and looks and functions great. They are continuing to improve the common areas and grounds which is great. I have had guests over a few times and there are always comments on how nice my apartment is.

Brand New Units
Our unit is like living in new construction. Great Floor Plan, new appliances, large kitchen with state of the art cabinets. Bathroom is spacious too. These are the best units in Parma! Management Team was very helpful and accommodating.
