Simply The Best

I have lived at the lofts for some time now. I looked all over Cleveland and when I came across the lofts I knew I found my new home. From the moment I walked into the office Ty, the leasing manager, and his team made me feel right at home. They made the move in process by far the easiest I have ever experienced, they keep the complex spotless, safe and friendly. Not to mention all the awesome neighbors, dogs, restaurants and extremely easy access to all of Cleveland. 10/10 would recommend!

An amazing apartment in an amazing area!

If you are looking for the perfect combination of space, location and uniqueness in Cleveland then you will love Tremont Place Lofts. While the building and neighborhood speak for themselves, it is the staff that will make it a great place for you to live. The property manager and maintenance person are in the building six days a week and always available to be reached. Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to help make you comfortable. On the rare… occasion that an issue arises, they are responsive and never make residents feel as if they are an inconvenience.
