I’ve lived here for about 5 years and have personally seen how much things have changed. I’m adding onto the last review because my experience has been very similar. You’ll probably notice more units opening up in the coming months, and honestly, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

When the last regional manager was here, the building ran well. Maintenance was handled quickly, trash pickup was consistent, and communication was clear. She stayed on top of things.

Since she left, the building has... gone downhill. Maintenance requests often go unanswered, communication is poor, and the elevators are constantly not working. It’s frustrating, especially in a multi-floor building. Overall, management feels disorganized and unresponsive.

It’s disappointing because this used to be a great place to live. If you have other options, I’d seriously consider them. Read More

A year ago when I moved in, this place was absolutely great. The regional manager was on top of things with cleanliness and order. She responded to concerns, and maintenance dealt with issues often within the same hour as the order was placed. We had a working portal for making payments and submitting maintenance requests. Any emails sent to her, such as complaints about smoking, were taken seriously and were dealt with.
I was happy where I was and thankful things worked out.

In the recent... months, that manager has left and now an unresponsive one has taken her place. Elevators are no longer in working order, emails and voicemails are ignored with no follow through. Our trash pickup service is no longer functioning and the resident portal we use for making rent payments and maintenance requests is down. Contacting the office in lieu of using the portal is not a proper replacement, because they do not answer phones, return calls, respond to emails nor take action to resolve anything.

This is a pre-cursor for how things will work here from now on. A well-kempt, high quality establishment is going to be rundown like so many places in cleveland and it's a shame.

This apartment is an awsome place to live. It host a pleathra of immenities such as fitness center game room, conference area front door trash collection services, security area, security doors and a secure gated parkin lot, and every thing is wheel-chair assessable.
The great part about living here other than all utilities including cable and unlimited internet being offered is the amazing staff. I've lived here for almost 4 years now with my child. Management has been great. Both management and maintenance has promptly replied to any issues I've had. Crystol and Francesca are in charge of Management. Management has been extremely empathetic towards my struggles in raising a special needs child. I have had no issues in recieving any accomdations I've requested.

Been living here since August and my girlfriend and I completely love it here. Healthline bus stop right out front of the building which I took downtown to and from work. This building is clean, security guards are nice and very alert, and property manager Katie is AWESOME! Everything downtown is anywhere from a 15 min walk to a 5 minute bus ride. We have went to many sporting events Cavaliers and browns games which we walked to and from the stadiums. The area is very safe I have never felt... threatened at all walking around. Read More
