Under New Management
A year ago when I moved in, this place was absolutely great. The regional manager was on top of things with cleanliness and order. She responded to concerns, and maintenance dealt with issues often within the same hour as the order was placed. We had a working portal for making payments and submitting maintenance requests. Any emails sent to her, such as complaints about smoking, were taken seriously and were dealt with.
I was happy where I was and thankful things worked out.
In the recent... months, that manager has left and now an unresponsive one has taken her place. Elevators are no longer in working order, emails and voicemails are ignored with no follow through. Our trash pickup service is no longer functioning and the resident portal we use for making rent payments and maintenance requests is down. Contacting the office in lieu of using the portal is not a proper replacement, because they do not answer phones, return calls, respond to emails nor take action to resolve anything.
This is a pre-cursor for how things will work here from now on. A well-kempt, high quality establishment is going to be rundown like so many places in cleveland and it's a shame.
