    Don't Move Here Under Any Circumstances

    Building is literally falling apart due to a combination of weather, age, and neglect. Power goes out constantly. Mold throughout building due to multiple waves of flooding. Elevator goes down weekly. Heat doesn't work in many units. And the property management company doesn't even bother responding most of the time. Building is not reliably locked as advertised, as management does not enforce existing policies requiring tenants not to prop doors, which has led to multiple burglaries in the past… year.

    Also, be advised that the "positive" reviews you see on this website and elsewhere were paid for by the previous management company, who offered a cash discount on rent in exchange for positive reviews.

    Don't risk it. Don't move here.
