Outstandingly rude and inhumane.
The property management team of this building are all rude and in my opinion just inhumane. First there is not a sure way to communicate with someone if it isn't for maintenance. A tenant looking for answers outside of maintenance or if the general public wishes to look for help in regards to what may have happened on the property it is a battle to get a hold of anyone. For my experience the times I was able to get a hold of someone immediately upon answering the phone they were already trying... to close the call. The management company or team are simply just heartless, when I was seeking help with my situation the couldn't careless and treated less than scum. Someone could be on their last breath and these people would perhaps enjoy stepping on them to get through a door. They are heartless, I will be screen recording and screen shooting this review Incase they see this and try to take it down.
