Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. Breaking any house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used). No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Exterior video surveillance is located outside the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over the reservation guest count; a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guest fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
