Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only). No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children.
