It features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a 55-inch smart TV in the living room with additional smart TVs in all bedrooms, tower fans and white noise machines, a hair dryer and handheld steamer, and a dryer.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Free street permit parking pass for one car is available during your entire stay. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee.
The location could honestly not be more perfect. There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out. It is right on the historical Short North District, one block away from the local Kroger Market, 3 minutes to The Ohio State University campus, 5 minutes drive to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Downtown Columbus area, 8 minutes drive to the Nationwide Arena Stadium and Nationwide Children's Hospital, 10 minutes drive to CMH airport and Easton Town Center Mall, and offers easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. A $500 charge will be applied for breaking any house rules. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. There is possible noise from the busy street, but white noise machines are provided in every room.
