honestly do not move here !!!!!!!!!!!!

2/10! I currently reside here and can’t wait until my lease ends. We pay all this money and get charged for common areas fees just for the common areas to ALWAYS stink or always dirty. You can tell they broke af and don’t have money to get anything fixed. It’s always only 1 elevator working. And the cleanliness of the apartment overall is terrible. They have a high turnover rate in management. You would think they would have a cleaning team for the hallways and elevator but like I said it’s… always dirty. The carpet looks dirty and dingy as well! It’s just not worth it. They made it look like they put new furniture in the common area but they really just put switched it out from the office. I just feel as though we pay too much money for things to never be up to par!!
