Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children.
