It features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and your new favorite coffee. Enjoy the comfiest king-size beds, high-speed internet, a Smart TV in the cozy living room, tower fans, white noise machines, and complimentary toiletries. There is also a dedicated workspace and an accent wall.
Permit parking is available for free for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome to join your stay for $40 per pet/night. A queen air mattress is available for extra guests.
The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars on North High Street. The Short North District is a 5-minute walk, and Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market are less than 1 mile away. The Downtown Columbus area, Nationwide Arena Stadium, and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are a short drive away. You'll also have easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
