This home is pet-friendly for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Free street permit parking is available for one vehicle, and additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. A queen air mattress is available for extra guests.

It's a short walk to the Short North District and close to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Nationwide Arena Stadium, and Ohio State University campus. You'll also find easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $300. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
