If any additional (unregistered) guests are discovered, a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
