Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 PM for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 PM for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 AM for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 PM for $50. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay.

Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. White noise machines and fans are provided in every room. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. For any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $300.
