Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children, and the clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom may not be suitable for elderly guests.
