Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay.
The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite for their delicious margaritas and tacos, and Jeni's Ice Cream is also down the block. The Short North District and the Greater Columbus Convention Center are both a 5-minute walk away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium, Ohio State University campus, and the downtown Columbus area are all less than 1 mile away. Kroger Food Market is also less than 1 mile away, Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber ride away, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city. Walking is the best way to enjoy Short North, as it’s so close to everything in the Short North/Convention Center area.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. To ensure a restful stay, white noise machines and fans are provided in every room for light sleepers. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the apartment only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
