Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed unless added to the reservation for an extra fee of $50 per guest per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay, with prior host approval required. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
