Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property, though smoking is permitted outside. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night, up to $600 per pet for the entire stay, with prior notification required. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
