A hair dryer, handheld steamer, and dryer are available for your use.
Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $15 per additional vehicle per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $29, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $59, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $29, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $59.
The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food. Bakersfield is a personal favorite for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for, and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed! The apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Short North District, a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than a mile to Ohio State University campus and the downtown Columbus area, less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city!
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. Vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 house rules violation fee. No additional unregistered guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
