Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will result in immediate cancellation and charges. Late check-outs will incur an additional charge of $100. A $300 security deposit hold is placed 1-2 days before arrival and is automatically released 5-7 days after checkout if there is no damage or rule violation. Any violation of house rules will result in a $500 charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
